To clear the weeds.
Stick with the existing beds and paths, might as well.
Fix the shed roof.
Maybe put in a pond.
Get a compost bin going.
plant; Landcress, Stem Onions, Lettuce, Carrots, Spring Cabbage and Rocket.
On cleared beds that we are not using yet plant Green Manure.

Long Term
Eventually have things growing all year round.
Use every bit of space.
Turf the shed roof, grow climbers up the shed.
Grow climbers up the fencing.
Have a Herb Spiral.
